Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to bring a dish that is fresh, local, seasonal, and organic.
What's seasonal in December in NYC? Apples, beets, cabbage, carrots, greens (collards, kale, broccoli rabe, etc.), leeks, onions, parsnips, pears, potatoes, pumpkins, turnips, and winter squashes.
